Do these 3D models work directly in any game?
These are 3D models, not game-ready assets. For games like Euro Truck Simulator 2 or American Truck Simulator, you'll need to export them using Blender or Zmodeler to the required formats like PMD, PMC, or PMA.
How can I download my file after purchase?
After purchasing, you'll get a temporary download link and an email with the same link. If you face issues, contact us to verify your purchase and resend the file.
AFTER THE PURCHASE DO I HAVE ALL THE PROPERTY RIGHTS ON THIS 3D MODEL?
It is your purchase therefore you can do with it what you want. Provided you have modified that model before doing so. For example, converting said model to a MOD to be functional in any game. In this case you can decide whether to make it private or public. Remember that HABDORN not have ownership of TRADEMARKS that appear on your 3D models. These are property of their respective owners in the USA and other countries.
Can I request a refund or exchange after purchase?
We don't offer refunds or exchanges. PayPal policies for virtual purchases prevent refunds. Please review our 3D models carefully before buying.
